Your membership will automatically renew at the rate your enrolled with per month for continued access to the community and live workouts.
You will receive an email reminder before your renewal date.
Here are the steps to cancel your Kajabi community renewal:
- Log in to your Kajabi account at https://courses.elisejoanofficial.com/login
- Go to your Account Settings: Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Account Settings."
- Navigate to the Billing Section: On the left-hand menu, click on "Billing" to access your payment details.
- Manage Subscription: Under the "Subscriptions" section, you’ll see your active membership. Click on "Manage Subscription."
- Cancel Subscription: You will find an option to "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.
After canceling, you will still have access to the community and content until your current billing period ends. Make sure to cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
To cancel from within your PayPal account:
- Log in: to your PayPal account at PayPal.com.
- Click the settings icon (a wheel) in the upper-right corner.
- Click on Payments, then select Manage Automatic Payments.
- Find your Kajabi subscription from the list and click Cancel at the top of the subscription information.
- Confirm the cancellation by selecting Cancel Automatic Payments.
- Canceling your Kajabi subscription will stop future payments and revoke access to your account and content at the end of your current billing period.
- If Kajabi uses PayPal as the processor, canceling the subscription in your Kajabi account will end the payment, but PayPal will notify you about the cancellation.
- If you only cancel the recurring payment in PayPal, Kajabi's system may still show the subscription as active until Kajabi processes the cancellation. It is best to cancel within your Kajabi account first.
