Here are the steps to cancel your Kajabi community renewal:

1. Log in to your Kajabi account at https://courses.elisejoanofficial.com/login
2. Go to your Account Settings: Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Account Settings."
3. Navigate to the Billing Section: On the left-hand menu, click on "Billing" to access your payment details.
4. Manage Subscription: Under the "Subscriptions" section, you’ll see your active membership. Click on "Manage Subscription."
5. Cancel Subscription: You will find an option to "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

After canceling, you will still have access to the community and content until your current billing period ends. Make sure to cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Yes, you will receive notifications about upcoming live sessions! These notifications will be sent via email or within the Kajabi platform to make sure you don't miss out. Make sure to check your email preferences to stay updated on all the latest live events and activities and RSVP to calls!

Yes, replays of all live sessions will be available! You can find them in the Kajabi community under the "Live Sessions" section. If you're not sure where to look, a link to the replay will usually be sent to your email after the session, so you can easily access it anytime.

To update your payment information in Kajabi, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Kajabi account at https://courses.elisejoanofficial.com/login.
2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
3. Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
4. Under the "Billing" section, click on "Payment Methods."
5. From here, you can update or add a new payment method.

Your new payment details will be saved for future transactions!

If you enrolled via Paypal, you'll have to cancel on their account!

3. Challenges: You’ll find single (like introducing yourself!) and monthly challenges here to participate in! You can be featured on our home page and win fun prizes (as well as truly unlock your potential!) when you participate. 

4. Meet Ups: Upcoming live events and webinars will be listed, and you can join them directly from this area. All the live replays live here as well!

5. Notifications: You can check notifications by clicking the bell icon in the top right corner to stay updated on new posts, replies, and announcements.
