With over 25 years of experience in fitness and wellness—including my role as a BODi Super Trainer—I specialize in helping people transform their lives through movement, mindset, and high-performance habits.

I’m certified in Hormone Health (IIN), The Science of Well-Being (Yale University), a certified expert in pre and postnatal women's hormone health, as well as a certified coach for women navigating peri and post menopause, and diverse fitness modalities like Animal Flow, Mat Pilates, Barre and advanced training techniques.
